1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Mind Masters Lab website and subscription service (“Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- Parent/guardian use: Accounts should be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
- Age suitability: The Service is designed for children aged 9–12, but parents/guardians decide what’s appropriate for their child.
- Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account.
- Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Mind Masters Lab is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details are shown at checkout and/or on the Pricing page.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Payment provider: Payments are processed by a third-party provider. We do not store full card details.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, access may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
- Taxes: Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your checkout and location.

4. Cancellation & refunds
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings (where available) or by contacting Support.
- Access after cancellation: Unless stated otherwise at checkout, access typically continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: Refunds (if any) are handled in line with your payment provider policies and applicable UK consumer laws.
If you offer trials, pro-rated refunds, or “no refunds” rules, define them clearly here and align with UK consumer law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Uploading or sharing harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service’s operation.
- Using the Service in a way that could harm children, families, or the integrity of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
6. Content & intellectual property
- Our content: All content, tools, templates, and materials provided by Mind Masters Lab are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Personal use: Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for your family’s personal use.
- No redistribution: You may not copy, sell, share, or redistribute the tools or materials outside your household without our permission.

9. Availability & changes to the Service

10. Liability limits
